How to loop a 2.5 minutes music file as a background music (mix) for one hour of recorded voice  file?

First create a looping sound separately and then use "Paste-Mix" to mix both.

1. Run the FlexiMusic Wave Editor.

2. Open the one hour recorded voice file.

3. Then open the 2.5 minutes music file. Both will be side by side, You can switch between files using the top tab.

4. Check the format for both files, make it same if they are different using the format menu, if you have originally recorded with the same format then no need to change the format.

A. Create  a Looping Sound

5. You need to loop the 2.5 Minutes music to make it 1 hour. Calculate the number of loops by using the formula Total Duration / Looping part duration ( 60/2.5=24).

6. Use the File > New command to create a new file. and make the format same as the other files.

7. Switch to music file, Select the part of music you want to loop, If the total file is 2.5 minutes use Select All command.

8. Switch to the new file. Making one point selection use "Paste-Multi-Insert" command (Edit > Paste > Multi-Insert), and enter the 24 times (calculated using the formula). This will make the new file of 2.5 minutes music audio looping for 24 times making it as 1 hour.

B. To Mix files together

9. Now Select the one hour looping song and use Copy Selected (Menu > Edit > Copy Selected)

10. With the music sound in the Clipboard, switch to other window (original one hour recorded voice). Make one point selection and use Paste-Mix (Menu > Edit > Paste-Mix).

11. After mixing you test play,  If the volume is high or low for one you can undo and adjust the volume and mix again.

12. It is safer to save the file using the "Save As" command giving the file a new name.
