| How to record my voice and mix with music?
Run the FlexiMusic Wave Editor,
Recording your Voice:
1. To make a voice wav
click on File > New or click on the New button, Choose the format as
44100Hz, 16 bits, Stereo. Click Ok to create a New file.
2. Click on the screen once to select the position where
you would insert the recorded wave sound.
3. Click the Record
button (the red circle) on the tool button. This will open the Record
window.
4. Before Recording your
voice, Make sure that Microphone is selected. In the Recording Source drop
down list, Choose Microphone. Click on "Volume"
button to open the "Recording Source Volume Control" window, and then adjust
the volume for Microphone to the highest possible performance.
5. As soon as you wish to
start recording click "Start" button in Record Audio window of
FlexiMusic Wave Editor.
6. As you are recording, you'll see the levels of the volume going up an down
on the vertical white bar, of your voice being recorded.
7. You can pause the process of recording by clicking the "Pause" button any
time you want and then resume it by clicking the "Continue" button. 8. When you've finished
recording, press Stop (button).
9. Click "Done" button to
insert the recording into the file at the position you
previously selected.
10. Once you have
completed the
recording, select the required portions only and use the Trim command (Edit > Trim)
to deletes any unused audio.
11. Listen to the recording
by pressing the Play button.
12. To save your recording,
click the File menu and choose Save command.
Mixing:
13. Keeping the voice file
opened, Open the music file. You can switch between files using the top tab.
14. Check the format for both
files, make it same if they are different using the format menu, if you have
originally recorded with the same format then no need to change the format. 15. Select the part that is recorded and use "Copy" command.
16. Switch to the music file.
Using one point selection and use
"Paste-Mix" command (Edit > Paste > Mix).
Matching voice with the
Music:

match the vocal exactly with music, by hearing the music while recording
